Please note due to variations between Japanese/US Plates and Scooters modification or alternate means of mounting may be required (to either the plate or the plate mount on your scooter). Produced in Japan.

For Japanese number plates: The Japanese plate frame is cut to fit motorcycle plates that are not rectangle.
